A Growing Pleasure operated by Pat Clarke of Naas provides the Riverside Restaurant with Organic Grown Micro Salad and Micro leaves. The leaves are sued in Salads and Garnishes are packed full of flavour and nutrients adding flavour and colour to each dish.

Organic Chicken
Margaret McDonnell, Kilcullen supplies the Riverside Restaurant with 100% Certified Organic and Free Ranged Chicken. Margaret's Chickens are fed Organic Feed, hormone free, and allowed to roam free.

Organic Vegetables
Nicolas Cullen of Kilcullen is best known locally when it comes to Organic competence and authority. His gardens have been organically maintained and he delivers tasty seasonal vegetables to the Riverside Restaurant.
